Spiritual direction with me is simply a space for you to show up exactly as you are. My role is to create a quiet, gentle atmosphere where your words, questions, and wonders—all the things you might not say anywhere else—can be spoken, explored, or simply held for a while.

 

We listen together, not only to what's said, but to what's stirring underneath or wanting to emerge—sometimes that's a memory, a doubt, a hope, or even just a deep silence. There's no agenda, no rush, and no expectation for you to be in any certain place.

 

You set the pace, and the conversation grows from what's most true for you right now. Sometimes there's laughter, sometimes tears, sometimes just a moment to breathe.
