Hello!
I'm Laurel, a spiritual director-in-training, an occupational therapist, lover of cats, and lifelong explorer of the sacred.
My spiritual path has wandered through many traditions--Christian, Buddhist, Unitarian Universalist, and more--always seeking deeper belonging and honest answers to deepest questions. But what matters most to me now is creating a gentle, authentic space for others to find their own way.
As a highly sensitive, intuitive, and creative soul, I find meaning in nature--especially wild waters and tall trees--music, art, and a little dark humor. I value authenticity, play, and gentle presence more than perfection or pat answers.
If you meet with me, you'll find someone who's still on the path herself: unfinished and curious, and grateful to listen with care for your journey, wherever it is right now.
I have a particular heart for those who have lost mothers as children or young adults as well as those grieving the loss of beloved animal companions. Those edges of experience have shaped who I am and inform how I practice; you are welcome here, with all the unfinished ache.
